My roots in event planning go back to college, where I was part of the planning team behind dance competitions, cultural events, and weddings, learning firsthand what it takes to bring a big vision together without losing sight of the smallest details. I later brought that same instinct into my background in law and regulatory affairs, work that demands precision, foresight, and an eye for detail at every turn. Combining these two worlds is what allows Alankrita Co. to offer full-fledged event services, from the first planning conversation all the way through day of coordination for weddings and other major celebrations.

As a Bharatanatyam dancer, beauty enthusiast, and lifelong admirer of our cultural textiles and rituals, I've gathered countless techniques and insights over the years, and I'm grateful for the chance to share them with my community.

Since 2017, I've supported more than 40 Bharatanatyam photoshoots and Arangetrams in San Diego, managing hair, makeup, dressing, and stage preparation with care for both the art form and the families behind it.

Beyond dance and planning, I've always been the cousin and friend who loves choreographing for weddings and cultural celebrations, or helping everyone get ready for their big moments. Over the years, I've also taken dedicated classes and invested time in learning professional event glam, both hair and makeup, so I can now offer these services with confidence and care. Being able to share these tradition-inspired skills with others is a true honor and joy.
